Read the market first, then pick the right supply line
We turn hard data on national concrete admixture markets into reports — and connect you to vetted plants and supply plans you can actually execute. From reading to buying, one continuous chain.

Latest market reports and field notes
Built from public bills of lading, customs data and tender records — each report drills into one specific market. Understand it before you commit to it.
Egypt's 24 Named Importers: Four Tiers of Players and Three Ways In
A USD 36.5M market — not large, but unusually legible. We lay out all 24 buyers by who they are, who they buy from and why, then add a landed-cost breakdown, the Chinese-contractor channel, and five risks you need to know before you quote.
Read the full report →The US Imports USD 2.06B and China Holds 0.2% — So Where Does It All Come From?
China holds more than half of global capacity and close to zero share. Yet the bills of lading show American majors listing Chinese plants as suppliers — and somewhere between USD 1,200 and USD 2,800 a tonne, someone is taking the margin.
Germany's USD 540B Infrastructure Tap Is Open — Where Is the Admixture Window?
Around USD 90M of annual imports, growing at an unusual 24.3%, and Chinese products hold 1.4%. Three openings right now, and one premise worth stating plainly: this is not a market where you ship containers and start selling.

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (Standard)
A third-generation polycarboxylate high-performance superplasticizer synthesised from HPEG / EPEG macromonomers. Water reduction above 35% at low dosage, measurably improving both fresh workability and hardened performance.
High Slump-Retention Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer
Engineered for long haul distances and hot-weather placement. A slow-release mechanism keeps slump loss over time to a minimum, so the mix is still workable when it reaches the pump.
Early-Strength Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer
Accelerates early strength development while holding high water reduction, shortening steam-curing cycles in precast and on-site demoulding time, and lifting throughput.
Viscosity-Reducing / Cement-Saving PCE
Designed for C50-and-above high-strength and self-compacting concrete. At equal flow it cuts viscosity sharply, improves pumping and filling — and lets you reduce binder content.
FDN Naphthalene Superplasticizer
A sulfonated naphthalene formaldehyde condensate. Strong value for money and good compatibility with a wide range of cements and fly ash — the mature, general-purpose water reducer.
Retarding Superplasticizer
Water reduction plus a retarding component that delays initial set — built for thermal control in mass concrete and for joint treatment in layered pours.
We are not the plant. We pick the plant for you
Admixor is a trading and technical service company. Plants manufacture; we handle vetting, quality control, compliance and delivery.
Plants manufacture. We vet, control and deliver.
We do not claim to be a manufacturer. Admixor's job is to translate your requirement into language a plant can act on, pick the best-matched line from our partner capacity, and wrap it in third-party testing, compliance paperwork and international logistics. What you receive is a traceable, accountable delivery — not the words “we have stock”.
- ✓Reverse-match production lines to your market's standard (GB / EN / ASTM / JIS)
- ✓Retained samples from every batch; third-party SGS / Intertek testing on request
- ✓Contract party, warranty and after-sales traceable to a specific production batch
- ✓Trial quantities and full-container orders handled the same way
Production bases we work with long term
Screened on output stability, batch consistency and export experience — and re-audited continuously.
PCE synthesis bases (Fujian / Sichuan)
China · East & Southwest
In-house polyether macromonomer (HPEG / EPEG / TPEG) lines keep the raw material end under control and cost volatility low.
East China naphthalene & functional admixture plant
China · East
Value-oriented route — fits markets that are cost-sensitive rather than pushing the limits of water reduction.
Specialty admixture partner line (accelerator / expansive / grout)
China · North
Deep experience supplying tunnel and metro projects; can support incoming re-inspection by the project owner.
From inquiry to delivery, we own the middle
The steps where export deals usually fall apart are exactly the ones where we spend the most time.
Plant Vetting
Shortlisting on category, capacity, export record and quality system — site visits run in parallel with sample re-testing.
Quoting & Cost Breakdown
Itemised FOB / CIF quotes. Raw material, packing, port charges and freight laid out separately — no black-box lump sum.
Compliance Documents
MSDS, COA, TDS, FORM E / FTA certificate of origin and third-party test reports shipped with the goods as required.
Logistics & Delivery
Liquid IBC / tank containers and powder jumbo bags. FCL and LCL bookings planned around peak-season sailings.
Technical Support
Compatibility trials, dosage optimisation and on-site mix support. Compatibility issues answered within 48 hours.
Long-term Partnership
Annual framework agreements, buffer stock and price-adjustment mechanisms that flatten your supply-chain volatility.
Align on the brief
Confirm target market, governing standard, dosage range and annual volume; decide between traded stock and direct-from-plant.
Match the plant
Shortlist two or three candidates and compare formulation route, spare capacity and export history.
Samples & testing
Samples ship with COA / TDS. Third-party re-testing and cement compatibility trials can run alongside.
Contract & delivery
Lock price and lead time, complete compliance documents and certificate of origin, book the vessel and track to port.
Real delivery scenarios
From market research to goods on the water — see how one full chain actually runs.
Egypt admixture market: 24 named importers, taken apart
Layered the 24 buyers by who buys and from whom, added landed-cost breakdowns and three entry routes — a direct brief for first-order development.
Singapore ready-mix channel mapping
Identified 42 main batching plants and 6 neutral distributors, assessed the multinational competitive picture, and picked neutral distribution as the first channel to attack.
Cambodia PCE export feasibility
USD 1.83M annual imports, 41.2% China share, 3.5% MFN duty. Modelled the landed cost and gave a clear go / no-go.
Japan JIS A 6204 access path
Mapped seven key performance tests and the certification cycle, concluded direct export was too hard, and switched to local partner private labelling.
